THE MEANING OF THIS VERSE

यदा यदा हि Yada Yada Hi - Whenever-2धर्मस्य ग्लानिर्भवति  Dharmasya Glanir Bhavathi - dharma(righteousness, kindness- difficult explain in english ) is reduced or falls or lessens, declines.
भारत ।Bharatha -   India was called Bharat earlier, so resident of India was called Bharatha)  
अभ्युत्थानमधर्मस्य  Abhyuthanam Adharmaysya- When the evil arises   
तदात्मानं सृजाम्यहम् ॥७॥ Tadatmanam Srijami Aham- At That Time i descend Myself.(to finish it)
